Definitely not Torch. First, no beard and hubcaps are wrong. Torch has the shiny ones. Also the house in the near-background is of a style uncommon in NC - but quite common in small rust-belt towns like where I grew up in PA. As the 06-10 Sportage in the background has an Ohio tag on the front, I’d say this is somewhere in East Ohio or western PA.
